The couple desired that rather than move let me completely transform their home and double the footprint.
The wish list consisted of an Orangery with side extension with a vaulted ceiling. Let there be more light was every second sentence, so maximum glazing minimal frame thickness and plenty of roof light.
Within this space, they needed a drying room for their sailing tackle, downstairs wet room including toilet. A large lounge. Fitted kitchen with diner. All with a wet underfloor heating system.
Outside we paved all around, creating paths and a new driveway with Marshalls large size tegula blocks. Raised timber purlin borders and a security fence and gate.
Finally, we dropped the road kerb and re tarmaced the pavement.
Boom – complete transformation , that’s why we’re are called ‘One Call For All’.
